Our system has redundancy at each location, to protect each server and each customer's system. In addition, we have created geographic redundancy to prevent any problems in case of a natural disaster. We ensure that each facility has redundancy in their access to our providers, to ensure customer traffic is appropriately processed and terminated. This allows us to provide one of the most reliable systems on the planet. Even if a customer had something happen to interfere with system access at their specific location, the system would still be running on the 'net, and people calling the business' phone would get answered. Our system also allows customers to set up their own backup, so if something happened locally to the business, and they were not able to be there, the system would find them with the “Find me Follow me” feature.
