Users can sign themselves up for service on the Web. Through the Web interface, users manage their own settings. This reduces your support costs.

- Self Signup - Users can enroll themselves for service over the Web.
- Web Interface - Users change their own settings though the Web interface.
- Self-Service Configuration - Users can request additional DID’s, change their own call routing information etc.
- Call Forwarding - Customers can forward their calls and use simultaneous ringing options.
- Follow-Me - Customers can have up to 5 phones ring at the same time or in a specific order.
- Call Screening & Blocking - Customers can have their calls screened or blocked based on caller ID information.
- Voicemail - Voicemail notification options including SMS, E-Mail and Phone.
- Email - Send voicemail messages to an email account.
- Call Waiting - Customers can enable or disable call waiting on their devices.
- Caller-ID Blocking - Customers can block their outgoing caller ID.
- International Call Blocking - Customers can elect to block calls to international numbers from their phone.
