Ring Carrier's Terms & Conditions of Use constitutes an agreement between Ring Carrier, LLC and the end-user customer for all of Ring Carrier's telecommunication services relating to an assigned toll free and/or local number account.

Ring Carrier End User Terms and Conditions

Your initial payment will include the fees for the first month's number of seats chosen, the cost of the phones chosen, and the first month's charges for any options selected not already included in the service. On subsequent months, you will be charged the ongoing monthly service charge for all seat charges, the monthly service charges for any options selected not already included in the service, and for any calls not included in the seat service. These are calls that exceed the included outgoing call minutes for a particular service, and inbound calls to any of your toll-free numbers. Domestic outbound call minute overage is billed at 2.9¢/min for calls made with that billing cycle.  "Domestic" in our billing model means Continental U.S., AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Canada, and U.S. Virgin Islands.  Calls that are forwarded to phones other than the SIP phones are also billed at 3.9¢/min for domestic calls. Inbound toll-free calls are billed at 5.5¢/min. Domestic calls are billed in 6-second increments. International calls are also billed at 6-second increments and are billed at our International rates that are published. International rates change on a regular basis and all rates are subject to change without notice. Calls from payphones to any of your toll-free numbers carry a 54¢ surcharge per call, mandated by the FCC, which is passed on to you at cost. Taxes for both phones and service will be added where applicable. All prices are subject to change based upon actual usage and profitability.

If paying by credit card, monthly charges will be automatically deducted.  It is your responsibility to maintain sufficient balance on the provided credit card account to allow for settlement of charges.

If paying by check, you are responsible for immediate payment of invoices. . Returned checks will result in a $25 fee applied to your account.

Interruption of service will be experienced in the event that the account balance is not maintained in the manner described; Ring Carrier will make attempts to ensure service charges are paid promptly.  A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any unpaid account balance after 15 days of effective billing date and the user will be subject to disconnect if there is an unpaid balance after 30 days of the billing date. If service is disconnected there will be a $35.00 reconnection fee for the service to be reactivated.

It is specifically understood and agreed that the purchaser shall be using this service solely for lawful and appropriate purposes and the purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Ring Carrier, LLC harmless from any and all claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of or concerning purchaser's use in any manner of the services provided herein. In the event that Ring Carrier, LLC is brought into any action arising from or concerning purchaser's activities, purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Ring Carrier, LLC free from all arbitration, court and attorney's costs and fees.

Ring Carrier, LLC reserves the rights to immediately discontinue, disconnect, limit, or revoke service without warning to any customer who, at the sole discretion and determination of Ring Carrier, LLC, causes any type of activity or load which is incompatible with our network, causes quality of service issues, or otherwise impairs our ability to maintain our services and provide service to our customers.  Ring Carrier, LLC  shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from a decision to discontinue, disconnect, limit, or revoke service with or without warning.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and any disputes or controversy arising hereunder shall be arbitrated or adjudicated in Santa Clara County, State of California. Purchaser hereby consents to personal jurisdiction for all claims of any nature concerning purchaser and Ring Carrier in Santa Clara, California and specifically consents to service of process being effectuated by certified mail at purchaser's address. In the event that any action is brought to enforce or construe any term or condition of this agreement, or for the breach of this Agreement, or concerning the indemnification clause contained herein, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to all other damages, reasonable attorney's costs and fees.

Service, although reliable, is not guaranteed. Liability for interruption of service and/or a lack of quality of service including but not limited to errors and omissions relating to directory listing and CNAM shall be limited to a maximum of one month’s voice systems charges.

It is specifically understood and agreed that the format of services provided and all programs associated with the services provided under this agreement are Ring Carrier, LLC proprietary material and that purchaser shall not, without the prior written approval of Ring Carrier, LLC copy, duplicate, communicate or modify format of services provided and all programs associated with the services provided under this agreement.

Service is subject to a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee.  If you are not fully satisfied with the service, we will refund all payments for service less call charges.  Phones and other hardware must be returned in proper order and boxes without damage to receive a refund for these items.  You must pay the cost of shipping.  At any time after the first 30 days, you may cancel service with 30 day notice.
